Delete Your EduFMS Parent Account

Option 1 — Delete in the app Immediate

1. Open the EduFMS Parent app and sign in.
2. Go to the My Kids tab.
3. Scroll down and tap Delete my account.
4. Confirm. Your account is deleted right away and you are signed out.

Option 2 — Request by email

If you can't access the app, email abhi@edufms.in from your registered email with the subject "Delete my account" and your registered phone number. We verify and process the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your login and personal details — name and phone number.
• Your saved sign-in and all active sessions on every device.
• Your push-notification registrations.
• The links connecting your account to your children.

What is retained

Your child's school records (attendance, results, fees, and similar) are owned and maintained by the school, not by your personal account. The school keeps these under its own policy and applicable legal retention requirements; they are not part of the data removed when you delete your parent account.
